i get my inspiration from dancing because it makes me escape from my reality, whether its ballet or twirling around or some other art form. Also science too...Albert Einstein is my inspiration sometimes

Well, one thing you can do is create inspiration right on the spot.

Just get some music (preferably something flexible; instrumentals work quite well)
Then get some anime (even just one episode)
And say to yourself: This is my music. This is my anime. Now what can I do with it?

In this way, you can forget about everything else, and just focus on what you have.

I'd say don't force it, but like others have said listen to music. That one song will click in your head as being perfect for such and such source and there ya go.
