holy crap, this is all sorts of disturbing and gar

Tell everyone you know to drop what they're doing and watch this anime, if they haven't yet. Seriously, I don't think I've been this excited for a new show in many years :O
The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Eren = Sasuke. Always tries...always fails. Super angry about shit all the time. Family killed. Driven by revenge. Oblivious to the fact that girls like him.

Pixis just became the cool old man. I Still wanna see a 3D Gear Duel...OMG.
Almost as hard as fighting a Holy Paladin.

Goddamn. That episode was gutwrenching. I did not expect this. I am trying with all my willpower to not go and read the manga right now.

I love it when they don't unravel things up and makes us wait more episodes with flashbacks.

Whoa, ep.6... that was pretty damn dark, especially those flashbacks D:
Spoiler :
And apparently Eren is pretty much a natural-born badass, I mean, holy crap. And here I thought he was just a kid at some point...

All of this is actually quite cool, I like how it's keeping a pretty consistent depiction of their world as a place where none of the humanist ideals we have today particularly existed. Even without the titans, it's a pretty darn depressing place to live
