Mine was strange in that I could fill in information and save it on my computer at home, but if I tried to access the form at work with Acrobat Pro it would erase everything and come up blank.

I updated it and it looked like it was gonna work, but when I sent it all the inforamtion was blank, so I sent an empty form -_- Time to try this again.

Acrobat itself is one of the biggest security risks you can install on your system. Too many attack vectors to count.

That is not necessary, the latest version of Acrobat Reader will allow you to save the document with the forms filled out.
