Mine was strange in that I could fill in information and save it on my computer at home, but if I tried to access the form at work with Acrobat Pro it would erase everything and come up blank.

when I used adobe reader, it said that the info could not be saved. I had to use Adobe Acrobat Pro for it to work.

What version were you using? I tested it with Adobe Reader X and XI.

That's really weird. I'll re-test in the morning. In any case I guess the PDF thing isn't without its imperfections. We should have a proper submission system running next year.

For now though, if worst comes to worst, just write me an old fashioned txt file with the answers needed and I'll write a form for you.

That goes for anyone else having "paperwork difficulties". :)

Acrobat itself is one of the biggest security risks you can install on your system. Too many attack vectors to count.

That is not necessary, the latest version of Acrobat Reader will allow you to save the document with the forms filled out. Just make sure all previous versions of Acrobat Reader are uninstall and install the latest official version from Adobe: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

While true, you won't magically get a virus by installing it for 10 minutes to fill out a form... :sorcerer:
