Because of AMVs, I decided to pursue video as a career, which made me go to college, which made me go for a BA (after 9 years -- I took my time), which got me an internship, which got me a job at a little film studio in Hollywood. :ying:

The degree to which you all are talking about college just makes it seem like it's a bunch of BS.

you don't need a degree to survive or be successful, but it's certainly not something to sneeze at. if you have the opportunity/capability to graduate, DO IT.

I think you fell for the trap. My entire statement was a pun (degree, BS).

For the record, I'm a big proponent of getting a degree. Heck, I'm starting work on my PhD in the fall (finally, I might add. I got my MA back in 2007).
