Update in my ongoing legal battle for my house:
My laywer just informed me the court granted a restraining order against my investor so he and his cronies can't come to my house to bug me anymore.
Stay the fuck off my porch.
Plus she's also started the lawsuit against both my investor and previous lender and I *might* get $150k total from all this (lawyer gets half, but still worth it!).
The lawsuit is also delaying the time I need to move out, so I'll be cozy here for a while.

I didn't lose my job this week after "unforseen circumstances" made us close one of our 3 main offices.
