Connecticon 2013 FMV Contest - Deadline June 15

Hey everyone. I've taken over hosting Connecticon's FMV contest from Kiarrens this year so she can work on other things at the convention.

We've had some minor rules updates - tightening up format restrictions to what I normally use for AAC.

Here's a brief overview of important points, but read the rules for more information:

* The deadline is June 12, 2013.

* This is an FMV contest - pretty much any footage that is acceptable for the contest rating (kinda sorta PG13, but with exceptions outside of my control) is acceptable for the contest.
- This has always been the case, but it seems the overwhelming majority of what we get every year is anime. If you have friends in any other vidding communities, let them know about us. We'd love to see more pony vids, more scifi, more fantasy, etc. and so on. More about sources can be found here: http://connecticon.org/video-contest/ac ... e-footage/

* The submission form isn't up now, and I'm not sure how long it'll be before it goes live (and I'm not going to assume it ever will). Anyone wanting to submit something can send an email to basharoftheages@animemusicvideos.org requesting FTP access. If you do this, please provide the following information:

Since It just got mentioned on the twitters, I'm going to accept uploads until the 15th of June. The web-form might self destruct on the 13th, though, so make life easier and fill it out sooner rather than later.

There are plenty of restrictions. They mostly have to do with age-appropriateness of content. You'll need to clarify the question a bit better.
