Anyone Up for a.... Hetalia Vid?

Post by Yorae » Wed Jan 09, 2013 3:00 am

I noticed there were not that many Hetalia AMVs that used the actual anime footage so I went and ripped my DVDs and decided to make a Hetalia amv. True story bro.

I thought this was a really impressive compilation of Helalia. SHIP ALL THE COUPLES!! :D

The masking with the creation of the new scenes weren't flawless (the masking outlines had a very jagged appearance around the edges at times, and some parts just didn't seem to fit in with the new scenery (JApan/Greece)), but honestly, if I hadn't seen the main series, I probably wouldn't have noticed it until way into the AMV that the scenes are completely unique.

I highly recommend everyone watch this one, because it's so clever how you put all this together and manipulated the many different scenes and facial expressions (combined with the scenery of other anime) to really create a genuine experience.
