Problem with DGIndex

It's been crashing alot lately after the very first VOB file I open upon opening the program, and there's only a handful of times where it's worked without problems, and in the past it's worked with no problems at all. I had to get a new video card installed. Could that have something to do with it? What's the deal?
I can't stand weeaboos and people who keep badmouthing dubbed anime and say it sucks.
