can't request info for video to upload

My video does not show up in the request to upload section.

The video is "Together"

I am not sure if its because of the anime, or song?

Please let me know when you can, so I may upload.

Hmmm, Ive checked the date, and gone through my video information a few times. So I really don't know what I did wrong, I think the anime is fine since it was already on the list, and yellowcard seems to be acceptable on here or maybe I'm wrong?
