No, per averlo così devi direttamente aprire il progetto, quindi senza nesting.
Se vuoi fare cose del genere all'interno di uno stesso progetto devi usare premiere o after effects, che ti consentono di fare nesting di sequenze/composizioni, ma a quanto ne so, vegas non ha una cosa simile, il nesting dei progetti è l'unica.
