I've always wondered what happens if a contest sets up a rule like this, and then they get multiple videos that each have one uncensored F-bomb -- so that while each video itself is within the PG-13 guidelines, the contest as a whole would not be.

That is why you have to view all the videos and listen for any f-bombs and such. Then ask the editor to remove the word some how before allowing it to enter the contest.
