Can't upload new video!

Can't upload new video!
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. But, I am trying to upload my new video "Cheers!" but when I go to the "upload a video" tab I cannot select it for upload. An old video that I have never desired to upload, and wish I could delete, appears in the drop down list. Anyone know whats goin on here?
