well, it worked for me when I tried it, I even use the same settings and didn't have the same problem. It's probably because those apple softwares because I don't have any of them and it turned out fine.

Sounds like various problems come up now and then since I have switched it to use quicktime encoding. I might switch the audio encoding yet again next time I release a new version.
Audio encoding continues to be the bane of Zarx264gui.
