I recommend getting the Journey Collection that was just released. Along with the ICO and Shadow of the Colossus Collection

Finally managed to complete my first Alfheim portal in Bayonetta. This also made me realize how much I must actually suck at the game. I've played it at least half a dozen times now and I'm just now managing one of these? Sheesh. I got at least a FEW of the Secret Missions in Devil May Cry my first time around, and these aren't that much different. This is just sad.

Am I the only one who had trouble with this? Please tell me that some of you guys got your asses kicked by Alfheims, too.

I'm currently in the middle of replaying after losing my saved data due to a sudden case of stolen PS3. There have been a few Alfheim Portals I was able to do because I was determined but I do remember one that pissed me off so much that I dropped it like a bad plague. And slightly miffed that the sequel is a Wii U exclusive when I don't see myself getting that anytime soon.

JRPGs have made a beautiful comeback this year, historically for the Wii.
"Someday humankind will come to understand one another! I sincerely believe that!" Fei Fong Wong
"We live to make the impossible possible! That is our Focus!" Claire 'Lightning' Farron
"Believe in yourself, and create your own destiny. Don't fear failure." Toonami

Hopped on for some quick Borderlands 2 action after it unlocked tonight. Very very satisfied with it, they took everything that was great from the first one, made them better, and got rid of all the crappy bits to boot.

PS1/early PS2-style JRPGs? There are several of those I haven't gotten around to yet (I bought Vagrant Story but haven't even opened the case yet...), but there were some really good games released around that time.

Borderlands 2. I am quite satisfied. Have both a Zer0 and Maya character and enjoy the playstyle of both immensely. More than likely won't touch Axton or Salvador for quite some time. One of my favorite weapons in the game are Tediore brands, you just throw them if you want to reload and the discarded weapon acts as a grenade whilst a new one reconstructs in your hand. Favorite tactic is to fire a bullet and throw repeatedly.
