Is there any anime that is similar to the movie "Going the distance"?

A story about a couple who got divorced because of studying, job, etc.

Well these are both couple that broke up because of distance or death (but her ghost hangs around so you could make it seem like they split). I can't think of any married couples that then get a divorce though.
