Interest gauge for mecha-themed contest...

My brother owns a business selling Gundam models and as a way to help promote it he's asked me about doing a possible mecha-themed amv contest. He would supply the prizes, which could be anything from gift cards to his online store or actual model kits and/or other modeling paraphernalia. An idea I was throwing around would be for him to provide a giftcard to everyone who participates and then of course large prizes for those who win.

So, who here would be interested in participating in something like this? Would you do it just for fun or does the prospect of the prizes make you want to/not want to enter?

So long as I can use anime other than gundum (it does say mecha-themed, not gundam themed), I'd give it a go for funsies (although those are nice prizes too, I'd still probably enter regardless).

As much as I love Gundams, I don't just want to edit those same animes over for a contest if it by chance had another run another year...

The contest would allow any mecha but my brother primarily only sells Gundam models so the prizes would be that unless he can special order something else, which is limited.
