What is this effect called?

The effect that happens at 0:27 of this video

I'm not really sure what it would be called.
And also, does anyone know where to get it? (I'm assuming newbluefx?)

From my understanding to make that effect you can:
Make a second layer, paste the same clip above it and and use the pan/crop tool to zoom in over the first clip.

Or maybe theres custom effect for it somewhere else idk.

Ah ok.
I wasn't sure if it was the new layer + pan/crop option.

I guess I'll use that for now ^^ thanks

yes dont know if it is newblue..yet it is verry easy doable with a copy of the scene on an upper layer ...a small zoom in on the upper one and just downgrade gradually the opacity from 100% towards 0 % till the end of the cut you want that *effect* to end
