And I am proud to say we got a new cool contest this year the involves making parody commericals! Check that out!
Oh, and yes indeed, we would play then as commericals between our programming blocks so you never know how many times we many show them! And as a first, you might even see commericals in between our contest awrds show
Just like good old Television

Only one month from the Professional deadline to the convention? That's about half the time I'm used to seeing... not that I'm complaining, as long as it's enough time to do the nominations, voting, and trophy construction properly.

Since AWA is now at the end of September (as opposed to 2 weeks after Dragon*Con in the past), it looks like there is more time (sort of) for the contests.

You can see the Pro Awards schedule at http://www.awa-con.com/index.php?page=vat_amv_contests.Scintilla wrote:Only one month from the Professional deadline to the convention? We've tried to give editors as much time as possible.

So only the Professional Awards is 18+ and that's where only videos up to 18 minutes are allowed? Too bad

The Music Video Exposition accepts entries of any length, and from any age. I'm curious what was too bad?Kevmaster wrote:So only the Professional Awards is 18+ and that's where only videos up to 18 minutes are allowed? Too bad

Re: Video Art Track Music Video Submissions Now Open
Oh! I figured since only the Professional Awards additional rules said something about 18+ while nothing was mentioned for the Music Video Exposition , 18+ videos could only be entered for the Professional Awards.jingoro wrote:The Music Video Exposition accepts entries of any length, and from any age. The reason this would be "too bad" is that the time limit would be 18 minutes. I would like to submit an MEP which exceeds this time limit (25 minutes without credits, 28 with).
So I can submit the (18+) 28 minute MEP for the Music Video Exposition?
