Re: Arcana Famiglia
I don't usually pay any heed to the critics, most of them don't know what they're talking about. That said, I wasn't really all that impressed with the first episode. I do like the premise, but I'm curious to see how it will develop. Will watch a few more eps maybe.

Ep2:
I'm quite liking this so far but like the others I'm also hoping there'll be more fighting in this. Or at least show them doing some sort of training for the upcoming battle.
Still I like the setting and it reminds me of Reborn (which I love) with the family/mafia thing so I'll most likely continue following this. :3

Okay, you got the cat episode out of the way...that's good. Now we can get back to the REAL story, right?
I swear, if you show a beach episode, I'm gonna punch someone.

I agree should follow the tournament and then have characters owning each other showing that the intense training they did in the background was of use.TEKnician wrote:Okay, you got the cat episode out of the way...that's good. Now we can get back to the REAL story, right?
OH WAIT WAIT WAIT, we NEEEEED a beach ep, just not now it should happen eventually thoughTEKnician wrote:I swear, if you show a beach episode, I'm gonna punch someone.

only 2 women in this series (mother and daughter at that). Not enough fanservice for a beach ep (unless it's targeting a female audience that is)Eake4 wrote:I agree should follow the tournament and then have characters owning each other showing that the intense training they did in the background was of use.TEKnician wrote:Okay, you got the cat episode out of the way...that's good. Re: Arcana Famiglia
ep 3, quickly losing faith in this series
what the heck is the point in having a series with a mafia family with special powers when you have neither anything mafia or special powers related in 2 eps in a row. Ep 2 was rescuing kittens, ep 3 was ghost hunting. Seriously, this is more like a high school anime (in fact the general plots in eps 2 and 3 have been done in a bunch of highschool/slice of life series).
Gonna watch ep 4 and if I don't see something completely baddass I'm dropping this until it's done and then going through the eps just to watch any fight scenes (if there even are any, kinda questionable at this rate).

Re: Arcana Famiglia
I actually quite like this show. It's true that it's kind of slow but then again every episode does tell us something about the plot. It just seems that it would need to be at least two seasons long.
