I think the luma range of peoples monitors makes a huge difference too...
...and how hard you try, to a certain extent.
(I'm on a 21" Samsung something-or-other...)

If the test was properly done, it shouldn't, but as we can see:

The test actually changes the luma as well, not just the hue. Which actually makes it harder... but doesn't test just the hue anymore, I believe.
