Just how we've done it the past 3 years. Credits are needed to show the song & anime series shown so the attendees know what they just saw. We don't do any pre-production, we show the attendees what we received.

I can't speak for all cons because AnimeMidAtlantic is the only one I attend, but they put that information on the ballets too. they have video title, song and artist info as well as series. Does San Japan not have a ballet system? or not add that info to their sheets? I can understand why you'd want us to do the work of making a title card but it seems a bit odd that you wouldn't have that information else where as well. Could just be me though...*shrugs*
