On the work (32bit) machine, when I try rendering from a lagarith clip to Ut RGBA I get this error:

I'm not smart enough to know why.

Ut YUV420 and 42 both make clips that I can platy and that SVP can work with. I'll try them on other machines ASAP, after work today.

Both the YUV420 and 422 play and can be used by SVP on my 64bit machine.

Not that I really understand the difference between any of them. Something for me to look up tomorrow I guess.

I'm just pointing out that lavc now contains a UTVideo decoder, which is slow and prone to a few bugs. K-Lite is maintained by idiots and may include this functionality, which may or may not get in the way of the main UTV decoder, causing your problems.

K-Lite is maintained!? I thought it was an old pack that for some stupid reason has not died yet, kinda like VirtualdubMod.

New, updated versions come out often.

Need an EDIT button.

I also had the same problems after I uninstalled K-Lite, reboot, install CCCP, reboot. No change at all.

K-Lite corrupts the system and doesn't uninstall properly which is an issue. IIRC Insurgent helps a bit with that but not terribly. I forget what the solution was.
