Basically what's happening here is, they're taking the video clip of the blonde girl, and then doing a process called rotoscoping (or masking or matting or cut out or whatever you want to call it). To put it simply, they're cutting her out of the background and then placing her on top of another video clip, while applying some motion effects to her. There's no one simple "do this" effect to achieve the look. There are threads all about rotoscoping and masking on the forums. That should get you started.

thats masking, bascially in your program (if it allows you) to use the pen tool and draw out a mask of the hand with the apple and have it slide in from the side and at the end add a motion blur with keyframes. you only want to use technique when both sources have similar colours or similar content so it would look blended instead of having a feeling that something is out of place
