first I want to say that I really enjoyed this video ^^; I have one minor complain though I noticed some pretty obvious banding, you might want to try 10bit encoding or take use of the Gradfun3() function next time ^^'; other than that I extremely enjoyed this video and hope you continue to bring us such great amvs ^^;

Cute :3 Didn't really dig the (what seemed to me quite arbitrary) fade-cut transitioning style. I wish you would have chosen one or the other to emphasize instead of mixing it up quite randomly. But otherwise it had a really nice mood to it!

I really like the mood of this AMV. I think that you may have went slightly overboard with the literal lyric sync, but it was still pretty good.

Thanks! Lyric sync is honestly my fave part in an amv so I was just having fun with it! xD Considering the song is not actually about piano playing though... haha. But I guess overall the lyrics were so perfect for both their relationship and how it grows through their music that when I had the opportunity to use Nodame's beautiful piano scenes I just couldn't resist.

Oh dude, that was amazing! Absolutely loved this one start to finish. The editing was great (lots of little internal sync that worked out well without getting in the way), and the song was almost too good a match for this.

Definitely my favourite romance/sentimental video of the last few months

Yep there are some quality issues as I mentioned in the vid desc I edited this one on a Mac and getting it into an .mp4 and on the .org from there was like repeatedly beating my head against a wall, so even though I exported it out of Final Cut in gorgeous ProRez 4444, by the time it got to mp4.. well it's not nearly as pretty as it was, of course. Though I'd probably do it again (use a mac) if/whenever I make another one, but Mac doesn't really have those fun avisynth filters or anything like that (that I know of anyway). Anyway, as long as the quality it's really bad it doesn't really bother me at this point.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! I didn't really want to have it be all cuts or all fades, sometimes a fade felt right and sometimes a cut felt right or a flash, etc. Other than that you're right it's fairly random. ;P
