720p is NOT 720 x 480.. That's 480p at 4:3 aspect ratio, while 720p's resolution is 1280 x 720 and thus 16:9 aspect ration. these days most people submit in 720p

No...720x480 is 3:2...unless you flag it to display at 4:3. What deuce is asking for most likely is letterboxed videos if they are 16:9 because they are projecting in SD on a standard 4:3 projector or something of the sort. I know it would make more sense to submit a HD MP4 to be re-encoded than a SD version, but oh well, he just doesn't want to do extra work on his end apparently.
