I personally love "Nata Libera" by Leano Morelli. Possibly my favourite Italian song (I suggest the 2006 version, I like his grown voice more), and would go very well with a romance/sentimental video. Negramaro also have done some good things that you might find editable, most notably "Nuvole e lenzuola" I would assume, but other songs from the "Mentre tutto scorre" album as well.
I'll leave other languages to the others, I personally am not too knowledgeble otherwise.
