Right now I'm reading Watership Down and actually just rereading Joiner King, didn't realize anyone else here read the Star Wars novels. And I'm about to reread WoT before Sanderson releases the last one, I've read the series again each time before a new book was released recently, so 4 times in total for me?

I found a checklist of the NPR top 100 (as shown in the flow-chart)... if you count series I didn't complete I've read 54/100 books/series on that list (only including completed series it drops to 45). :book:

http://www.kindleboards.com/index.php/t ... 582.0.html The list is a few posts down if anyone else wants to compare.

Actually, I've been reading the ones that I haven't already read from that list. I'm not sure how many I have read though, I haven't counted.

Oh, and I highly recommend Old Man's War, it's my favourite of the science fiction books on there that I hadn't read.

I love Fantasy and Sci-Fi, especially Space Opera. I'm about halfway through the third Mistborn novel right now, with the third Dahak book waiting for when I'm finished with that (started it, got distracted by Mistborn instead and will have to go back a couple chapters to get back in). Before this, I churned through the entire Honor Harrington series to date, the first two Mistborn books, and a Lord Peter Wimsey mystery.

I've only read about 28 on that list, though there's at least six more I own and haven't gotten to yet (possibly more, I have to check my "to read" shelf). There's a lot I started, didn't like, and put down on that list, too.

I've read a lot of fantasy, and as a consequence am insanely picky about what I like. I've been having trouble in recent years actually finding new stuff that interests me, so I tend to read less these days. I grew up reading a lot of typical sort of epic fantasy type stuff, some of which I still love (Song of Fire and Ice, stuff like that), but I've come to enjoy a lot urban fantasy recently (Dresden Files, Mercy Thompson series).

I've read the Mistborn trilogy, and I kind of liked it up to a point. The ending was terrible, though, and it made me rage incredibly hard (though maybe not for the reasons people might assume).

I have mistborn sitting on a shelf next to me, and have had it for about a year and a half now. I really should read it, but I couldn't get into it. The ending that made me rage the most was sword of truth, though I don't know how I got to the end, it was pretty bad past the first book. That ending was so bad, though.

Mistborn's ending is like
Spoiler :
a literal Deus Ex Machina
, so I can see why it bothers a lot of people. Parts of the ending made me rage as well.

I love books <3 I use to read them in the train when I go to study :D
Well, I'm a big fan of fantasy. I'm currently re-reading Eldest and no regret it. :)

I barely read fiction anymore but my bookshelf is nevertheless running out of space due to my obsession with philosophy. Just yesterday I ordered this and this :ying:

Does reading medicine books count?

English books... hmm no, but I tend to read books from my native language. I can't really share them due to the differences of language and because none of them have english equivalents :|
