The previous episode... wow! I don't understand any of it! lol Why is Shu's mum helping them and not him? This anime changed so much at the last minute. I love it!
now we know how Inori was killing all those people. But now that she's gone, how the hell is Shu supposed to do anything. Without voids, he was never much of a hand-to-hand fighter, and he only has one arm now (and its not even his good arm LOL).
on another note: I love how everybody was so eager to turn on Shu because they felt he was abusing his power, but then Gui shows up and shows them what a real abuse of power looks like LOL. I was pretty surprised that he's able to combine voids though.
Lol'd a lot at the organization which was 'older than the Freemasonry' and just so happened to appear now but has been formulating for years. Sure Guilty Crown, sure. Freemasonry was like post-Enlightenment stuff too, like jesusthatsold.
Spoiler :
-Gai's return is still cool though I'd like to know how still -Shu doing everything with his one arm was oddly hilarious to me -I really liked how Arisa killed her Grandfather with a gun when she came at him with a sword; really showed how she's changed and abandoned her bloodline -Inori killing people is awesome, but her going crazy and attacking everyone was, I'm sorry, was not her character. Yes, Inori fights and she fights really well. Does she rip off her clothes, suddenly gain weapons and eyeliner, have her hair poof up like she applied a million pounds of mousse to it and scream like a maniac? No, she fights calmly and cooly, and she does not change her appearance. She's been emotional and a cold-blooded killer in the show, and now by episode 18 she's downright nuts (and really, she goes in as a decoy because they want her, because she believes it'll protect Shu. Oh sure, I'll just put myself in the open and Shu'll be fine, OH NO I'VE BEEN CAPTURED well everyone's f**ked now).
Shu's void would've made Hare so proud. Both of their voids seem to be based on their desire to save the people around them. I'm constantly reminded of how perfect their pairing would have been.
Decent episode with the purpose of explaining things was decent. Felt a bit rushed, but that's probably going to be the next 2 episodes too. And agreed; need more info on Gai.
