Do not even want to talk about the exam I had today. I'm going to drown my sorrow in ME3 anticipation. >_<

I found some really cute ones at JCPennys.

That's actually where I went. XD; Though I did go back today and found a different suit that fit better. I guess I just picked out the worst one out of the whole department.

I spent some time making a web form for the city's intranet site for staff to use when they need a network account created or modified. I made it functional and put a good amount of time and effort into it. About two weeks ago I started noticing that the e-mails it's been producing were different but I didn't think much of it until today when a supervisor had submitted the signed printout and it had all this extra crap around it (mine was clean). I didn't get a chance to ask my boss or co-worker about it but I'm sorta put off by it. No one told me about the change or even hinted about it.

I think part of the problem I have with this is that it seems like everything my boss asks me to do for the website, after I've done all the work, he goes with something else. It's been a long running joke over the years that any project he has me do will just be canned so when I was finally able to make this form go live and people were using it, it was like the exception. I guess not anymore >.< arg.

Aww god this was irritating and hilarious:

Customer: My Apple ID is broken...

Me: (they don't break, you're just stupid). Well, let me help you fix it! =)

Customer: I type my ID and password over and over, but it never works anymore!

Me: So what's the email you type in?

Customer: judydick@xxxxxxx

Me: ...

Customer: I tried resetting my password but--

Me: Well, sir, it seems you typed in jucydick@xxxxxxx

Customer: *unaware serious face* you mean my email was wrong this whole time?

Me: *deep breath* ...yup, seems like it.

Broke my left thumb. Owie. >_< Doc just popped it back and bandaged it up tightly (no cast), and said it was no big deal. I'm somewhat taken aback by his non-nonchalant attitude towards the whole thing and wondering if I should call my friend in med school. :uhoh:

I don't know what it is lately but my head just isn't in the game or operating at it's usual pace. Normally I pride myself on being quite intuitive and being able to read others emotions and intentions quite clearly, but lately I keep reading into a lot of situations completely wrong.

My college e-mail address was deactivated. Apparently, through divination or tarot reading or something, I was supposed to be able to predict this because it was on some part of the college website that I never even knew existed in my six years of schooling. No warning e-mail, no "Hey, here's what you need to know post-graduation" document in the mail, nothing. Just - bam! - and now my account is inaccessible. So, I'm forced to jump through a bunch of hoops to get a guest account in order to get back into the system - and I could be rejected anyway. I wouldn't worry about it if my whole damn life for the last six years hadn't been tied to that address, but fucking hell, seriously.

Clearly it would have been too hard to just give alumni accounts to the graduates.

Everyone I need to talk to at work today is either too busy or ignoring me, so fuck it.

I'm gonna browse the net and not do any work until someone makes some damn time for me.

This is bullshit.

Alright. Fuck this place. Seriously.

I'm gonna update my resume when I get home, blast it out, and quit when I get the next best offer.

So I just met with my accountant today.

Learned that I've been double to triple paying my CPP & E.I Deductions for my Employees... for a year. The previous owner I bought the company from taught me to do this and its wrong... I'm so mad - thousands of dollars are gone down the drain and I probably can't get it back.

I feel like murdering someone.

Eh. Rough Saturday. Woke up to some very terrible news regarding my graduation (which may end up delaying it until next fall), which just sort of left me majorly depressed.

Mass Effect 3 made me feel better today though. And some very unhealthy pizza and junk food. XD Just not gonna worry about it. What happens will happen, and I'll just get through it. :)

My flight sim controller stopped working today, and I'm so broke I won't be able to afford a replacement for months. Since this is kind of a major hobby of mine, this is a very annoying and unfortunate problem. I guess a good parallel would be something like your musical instrument breaking if you play music every day for a hobby. :(

You know...

When you try to do something nice for a friend (like, say, buying an iPad for their family to use)

You'd think the typical reaction would be of surprise and shock and perhaps a bit of slapping your shoulder.

But to have them call you on the phone, yell at you, call you insane, make you walk over to their house in the rain to grab it from them, give you glares of death, only to find out after the return trip home (in the rain) that they didn't even bother to at least open the box...

Fuck, why do I even try to be nice?
