Out of sight, out of mind. It didn't work so well for the "Recommended AMVs" forum, if you'll recall.

I appreciate the thought though. :3

Hopefully, one of these days I might be able to make it on the interviews section on the main page though. Although I'd probably still do discussions here as well. :)

My last midterm is tomorrow, so hopefully I can start work on the template design early and might be able to execute prototype designs in early March. Still, no official release date on that yet.

I'm wondering if putting these into PDFs is going to have similar readership problems. Maybe I'm unique in my hatred of them, though.

Is there something wrong with PDFs? I ask this seriously, because I want to make sure that I don't turn off everyone, and I might be able to make a RTF format too.

oh, that's a good point i didn't think about that...

maybe you can paste the meat of the articles in the topic still, but not feel the need to format so nicely anymore since you have the pdfs?

It's mostly personal preference (and I'm just a noob so I don't assume to speak for the majority here) but having to download something or open it in another program is just a turn off. PDFs are the worst example thereof, as they take forever to load. -_-;;

as for "archiving" the lipflapper series, it's not that hard to keep the readership, you could just keep the 3 or 4 most recent ones in the general amv, and then archive the older ones to it's own forum section, keep the main thread in general amv linking to all the articles, maybe sticky it (if it hasn't been stickied already).

Dear CodeZTM,

You should interview inthesto (currently pinkie pie here on the org)
He is a long time community member and has contributed many invaluable things throughout his illustrious AMV editing career.

TIA,

FallChild42

I'll do some research into his past works and contributions and perhaps consider him for a future interview. (I admit, I'm not familiar with his work. If you have some good selections to offer, shoot them to my pm box.)
