Left (pink hair) is Louise from Zero no Tsukaima, right (blond hair) is Lisa from The Sacred Blacksmith.
Also, I believe the left (pink) poster could be a Kamisama Kaizoku cameo as well (my mind isn't failing me, it seems.) Need to recognize the other poster, can't quite recall it right now.

OhGodseriously thats gotta be Pokemon, ;lfigjx;oig look at the eyes and the MUSTACHE. The only other show to rival Pokemon's funky mustaches is Heroman, and I know thats not Heroman.
