Didn't know you but I've seen you around of course. Seems like you used the time you had left well (kept cheerful). Rest easy.

But I am proud to have been able to call him my friend.

He was an amazing person and with all this stuff going on in his life he still managed to keep his spirits up and be full of life and humor.

I'm going to try to not be so damn depressed, and now I'll have to dance (and drink) for the two of us.

This.

This is incredibly sad, and honestly I now feel bad that I've been so busy many of the times that I could've gone on skype or spent a bit more chatting to him. But you know what? I enjoyed every time that I did talk to him. He's someone that I never, ever had a bad encounter with. He was just an awesome, awesome guy. I only wish that I could've met him in real life and hung out, alas that's not to be. I'm still proud to call him a friend.

While I know it's been a long and painful fight for him, in a way I'm glad that this complication came up so quickly. He seemed really active for the last little while and it seems like this last thing came suddenly and ended everything - that it didn't end in a long hospital stay and more painful cancer treatment, cause I know he would've hated that.

I think as his friends here, the best we can do is carry on the awesomeness that he was for us.
Let's do something good in his memory!

Magnus was an amazing guy.

There isn't much else I can say that hasn't already been said...he was sooo full of joy and awesome. Even while dealing with the intense pain he kept his spirits up. I was really looking forward to meeting him one day. Hell, I was looking forward to him destroying me in our upcoming IC.

He was a kick ass friend, a phenomenal editor, and just an overall great guy.

hehe, and he sent amazing PMs <3

Just wanted to remind you how much I love your videos =w=
It's really boring here at the hospital, so I figured I'd watch some old favorite amv's.
I ended up watching all your videos from 2007 to the presant date...

So... just sticking by to tell your still one of my favorite amv creators
You rock Younique! <3

Miss you buddy <3 <3 <3 <3

Magnus was an amazing person. I've only known him for just under two years but in that short space of time, he changed my life dramatically. I remember on VC when he asked why I called him a panda and when I said because 'you're a mixture of happy and sad, but still friendly and huggable.' He just laughed and said I was right. Magnus never let the cancer get him down, he fought through it all and most of all, he never let it stop him living his life. I admired his strength, and his courage. I still remember the day he told me his cancer was back and he promised he'd fight it and he did, he fought it everyday. Then when he called me and told me that it had progressed too much. He made me promise to stop crying and laugh and be happy, because that's what he liked best. When I was told that he was gone, I kept saying no. Even now, I don't want to accept it.

I still have our first ever Skype conversation and I'm reading it smiling because he was just so amazingly nice.

I remember how when I first VC'd with him he had so much fun laughing at how I said words with r, like 'Scary' or 'Air'
[29/10/2010 23:40:42] Magnus: You say "Scurry", when you see curry. Then you go blurry, and eat a flurry.
I also remember when it came to our Akross collab, he didn't ask me, he just told me... xD
[07/11/2010 18:43:50] Magnus: AKROSS COLLAB!?!?!?!?
Susie: ...
Magnus: Hey Susie :D we are making a collab for Akross! I just cut the song, here are your tracks! -sends zip file- While downloading that, here's the song we're using :) -links-
Susie: ... o.o -clicks-
Magnus: Okay so we're entering Romance/Drama. We have to be finished in less than a month! Nice I'll call you after I've taken a shower :)
Susie: this song is pretty...

I loved how when he wanted something he just did it without hesitation. He was really an amazing person. I could sit and talk about him for a long time, write so much because I have so much I want to say. One of the things he wanted most was to read the last chapter of Bokura Ga Ita. That was something we always did together and it won't feel the same without him here at all. I'll miss how he shouted at me on VC when I got really high pitched, I'll miss how he made fun of my accent and how I spoke. I'll miss that evil scream he did to scare me. I'll really miss him so much and all I keep thinking is, that it isn't fair that he's gone. He wanted to live more than anyone else I know. He wanted to live. He deserved to live his life and accomplish his dreams because I've never met someone so certain about anything in my life, other than Magnus. I really don't know what I'm going to do without him. Rest in Peace, Panda. It won't be the same without you here.

I would have never thought that the next time I'd be posting on the org forums would be on Zetzu's obituary thread.
Sneaky bastard, this was your plan all along!

Seriously though, even though you'll never see this, it relieves me a little to say rest in peace.

Good Bye, Magnus. I first knew you as an inspiration and in later years, a friend, who supported me. You were one of the first people I talked to when I decided to switch to animation as my major and also one of thew that I talked to about my Aunt's death. Thanks for everything. Rest in peace buddy.

One of the craziest, most full of life people I've ever known. He's a big inspiration to me and one of the reasons I push myself as hard as I do.

Magnus became a good friend since our introduction in December. His passing comes as a shock and saddens me greatly.

He was taken away from us all far too early. My condolences to his family, friends and everyone.

I used to be a fan of his videos 4-5 years ago, so it's rather weird to see him just pass away. Never really spoke to him, so nothing i can really say.
Rest in piece.

Well damn. Another great loss for the community. I didn't know Magnus well, but I really admired his determination in the fight against cancer. For all the unpleasant stuff he had to go through, it is incredible how he always had a smile on his face. I wish I had such strength.
Here's to you, Magnus

Sad to hear that. Didn't know him well, but he was good amv-maker and created really nice romance videos. Condolences to his family and friends.
