Beta Testing!
Hiya!!
Really need some feedback on a new video I'm working on, if anybody is at all interested! I'm super nervous about it as a concept but I need to get some opinions! I'm always willing to trade, if anybody needs a beta-test or wants an opinion on a video I'm more than willing to help!

If you'd rather beta off a direct download pm me and I'll see what I can do o_o
Thanks so much!!!!

Re: Beta Testing!
My impressions:
You need to work in the coloring of the first seconds, in the way it currently looks in the beta, looks weird, although I can get the intention to color it to match the scene at 0:31
I feel the music does justice to the anime, and I like the fact about the man talking at the beginning. In the middle, I guess at 2:56 I don't get why the man is talking and also an additional audio (DVD audio?) is also there, since at that point of the amv the video just need to go.
In general was a good beta, looks very interesting

Re: Beta Testing!
Thanks so much!!
Yeah I've been thinking about re-doing the red coloring at the beginning, I really liked it while I was doing it but the more I see it the more it bothers me.
The audio in the middle that isn't the narrator is actually part of the song recording...a lot of people have been confused about it, I think I just zoned it out mostly because to me its just background noise... I really like the narrator idea in the beg. middle end though, so I may try and see if I can find a way to remove the other spoken audio from the music track....or else work something else out
Thank-you so much for taking the time to look at the video and give feedback

Re: Beta Testing!
I liked the red in the beginning, but then it started looking a little washed out. You might be able to work with the voice part by moving / adding the writing scenes over it

the timing with the "nevermore" and the change in tone 3:00 - 3:10 is awesome

Re: Beta Testing!
I have two videos that I am looking for opinions on. You can choose to do both of them or pick one and write an opinion for that one:
I will take a really good look at your beta after I get off from work. I hope you can help me out with one or two opinions.
Thank you sooo much!!!

Re: Beta Testing!
I enjoyed the video, but I felt it was a bit long and needed to hold my attention more.
The overlays while good.. Seemed to take away some of the feeling of the video and
became distracting.
Here's mine (WIP)

Re: Beta Testing!
This video grabs my interest in the beginning but as it progresses I feel like it slowly looses my interest. Some of the timing in parts seemed off by a few frames and the lip syncing needs work.
But overall I think that it definitely will become a solid piece. My suggestions, tighten up the cutting and adjust the timing and you will be all set.
Nice job and thanks for reviewing my videos

Re: Beta Testing!
Of course! I may not have a lot of time to do ops before my show on Sunday (I have an obnoxious amount of French to memorize ...and I like to be detailed in my ops and betas) but I'll try to get them done as soon as possible!! Probably Sunday or Monday night! Thank-you again to everybody for helping out!TritioAFB wrote:Can I have an Op too?
