Sorry, by "best multi", i mean multiple-anime. But if there's enough MEP entering, a category could be add. And a collab of 2 persons is considered as a MEP.

Might be a weird question. The rules say a person can send in one video and one MEP, but could someone just be involved in two MEPs instead of doing any solo project at all for this?

Yeah you can be involved in several MEPs but your collaborators have to send them, and one person can only send one MEPs (i dunno if it's clear o_o)
