Cannot Upload New Video/Confirm New Anime

I just entered video information for a new video; however, when I try to upload the video, the upload request page does not list the video (Flying Saucers From Outer Space) as a choice for upload. I'm figuring this has to do with that I entered a new anime as a footage source for the video (Project Blue Earth SOS). Please confirm this anime. Thanks.
