If there is any problem sending the amv, just like Elwillow said, put a web address where we can retrieve the amv IN THE FORM. We won't let some technical issue get us aren't we^^.

You have to put your link on the form. Our tech really insist on that. It takes only 5 minute to fill the form.

I've already filled the form without insert the links. I have to change the form? If yes, how I have to modified and where I have to insert the links?
