Re: WORSHIP AT FULL VOLUME 2 -Offcial Thread

Post by CodeZTM » Sat Nov 26, 2011 10:37 pm

I did some more work on my track today. I would have done more, but I ran out of footage, and my friend borrowed my Madoka DVDs and won't give them back until he finishes the series. XD

So expect a new beta (it's halfway done!) this evening.

I'm liking it Code. You know even if you hadn't had explained the "light" part of the video...
Spoiler :
I would have just thought the lamp post going out at the beginning was it. Also gives foreshadowing of her descent into darkness which I thought was clever.
I have been thinking about the intro for this project but won't officially start till every final video is given and we are sure everyone is keeping their usernames (don't want a repeat of last time). I have planned to use "White Washed" by August Burns Red but I'm still not sure how it should be done. So let me ask, should we do avatars again or just keep it to usernames? If we use avatars I was thinking of doing something like this. http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u55/ ... /Comp1.gif
if not then the usernames will just show up as neon lights.

I like the avatar idea, myself. The neon effect looks interesting too

Also, sent you a review, Code.

THe avatar idea is cool Osaka.

Just a friendly heads up that you probably won't see/hear from me progress wise until December 16th (after finals and my continual tax education for my job), but I think I've hit my beta deadline early enough to meet it. XD

But I'm still available for beta testing should you desire it.

I like the avatar idea too.

I'll send a review later for your track, Code....school is terrible.

And I'll start this after finals, if that's okay. ^^

I'll just steal this whole post and say ditto.

whatz up guys. Hope those who have finals are doing okay.

Going to start working ideas for how to pull of the intro. Just going to be hard to get the look right since I don't have any footage that fits my idea.

Remember I need a beta of your video by the end of December (due date negotiable).

I'll head back to editing my track once I finish a few time-sensitive MEP/AMV obligations. I know I already met the beta deadline, but I'd like to have a full track soon.

Hey, I'm going to change my track sources.

Anime: The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
Song: "Never Let Me Go" by Family Force 5

I won't be able to start for at least a week due to finals and other MEP obligations, but I have a pretty clear idea of what I want to do so I'll be able to make the deadline.

Also, would it be ok to make the tracks a tad longer? Two minutes-ish? Since we're a little under our target number of editors, I think it wouldn't be a big deal.

I think that would be a good idea. Instead of trying to get that amount of time filled up by more editors we can just fill it up with who we have now.
