Note: MEP groups will have prizes shipped to group leaders. There will not be multiple prizes, so even if you join as a MEP group, you may not win a prize.

Welcome to Re-Evolution’s first Iron Chef Competition. This event will be held on October 21st 2011 to October 23rd 2011. The Duration of this Competition is 72 Hours or three days. There is no theme as to how you may edit. The Winner(s) of the Competition will get to decide the next date of the Iron Chef Competition, any rules and Audio Packages.

Approved Audio: Pending
On the day of the Competition, a package of approved audio will be released an uploaded, you Must use songs from this package only unless said otherwise.

Video Entry Thread: Pending

Rules:
1. The clip must be created by you. (You may participate as a team or individually).
2. You must state the sources used in your clip (ex: Anime, Performer – Song, songs will be distributed on the day of the Competition)
3. If you are participating as a team M.E.P (Multi Editor Project) you must state the names of all participants in any way you desire.
4. You must upload your final Clip to a Third Party File Hosting Site such. (ex. Megaupload, MultiUpload, Sendspace).
5. Premiering of the video may not be done before the Competition has ended. Private premiering is accepted.
6. To participate please post in this thread below with a list of participant(s).
7. If your clip is late will still be accepted and penalty may or may not be taken off depending on the reason of late entry.
8. A separate Video Entry Thread will be posted here when the competition has opened.

Judging:
1. Your clip will be judged fairly and without biased opinion.
2. Technical Properties of videos will affect your score such as quality, bit rate, file size and Aspect Ratio.
3. Your video will be given a score at the end of the Competition.

1. When is the last day for signup?
2. Is this just a 1 round shot? Or will there be multiple rounds? You've said that the winner will select when the next competition is but you did not state whether it would have separate prizes, whether the entrants from #1 will be required to edit in #2, etc...
