Songs about Insanity

I'm looking for a song that's about insanity and that has nearly the same instrumental feel as Gary Jules' "Mad World". I would like the instruments to sound similar to Mad World but a little more intense (Not a lot more, just a little more intense).

Anyway, a song or an instrumental will do just fine. I do like Piano music so if you got a suggestion, run it by me :D I'm looking for all the help I can get.

You could try "People are Strange" by the Doors, I think that is pretty close in mood.
