Problems!! Help!!

On my Main Member Page I do not have a Enter New Video Link. I've refreshed it, looked up different site guides and still can't figure out what the problem is. I have no way of uploading my videos. Help?

You will see that the left side of the panels have + boxes. These are all dropdown menus. So, when you click on the titles of the boxes (in this case the "Editors" dropdown), the list will expand and you should see "Enter New Video" appear under the Editors dropdown.
