Well it would be nice if they conclude the show was popular enough to continue it on.

I really enjoyed it myself. 11 eps is just not enough for this one.
Anime, one of the few things about the internet that doesn't make me hate the internet.

Trust me, if you've read the manga, you wouldn't want them to cover the rest.

If they do a season 2, I hope they just do their own thing or something.

I just read how the manga ends.....and all I kept saying was "WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS BULLSHIT!". I seriously thought that somebody was trolling me, so I checked it out from multiple sources. I no longer want a second season.

It takes an openminded individual to appreciate the manga ending.
"The people cannot be [...] always, well informed. The part which is wrong will be discontented, in proportion to [...] the facts they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

Somewhat disturbing ending aside, I liked the Usagi Drop anime and the first half of the manga for the mood. The second half, from the josei target it had, pretty much turns into a rather generic shoujo manga. It just becomes another thing altogether, imho, it loses the side to it that really made it interesting and enjoyable for me. At least the ending, besides pulling off a cliché solution for the main issue, tries to be original in a way I guess, but it really doesn't stand, it feels like it's done just to troll the reader.
Just give me more of the mellow feelings of the first half and I'm fine.
