Premier pro shows only first minutes of clip

Post by shishlik » Mon Sep 19, 2011 10:08 am

Hi all,
I converted the FLCL blue ray to UT codec avi's. Somehow when I import the avi's to premier it imports only the first two minutes. I checked and the files are fully encoded (and besides, 25 giga episodes  )
I checked the properties of the imported file and this is what it shows me:
Spoiler :
File Path: D:\Video\FLCL\3filtered.avi
Type: AVI Movie
File Size: 23.6 GB
Image Size: 1920 x 1080
Frame Rate: 23.98
Total Duration: 00;01;57;23
Average Data Rate: 205.4 MB / second
Pixel Aspect Ratio: 1.0

AVI File details:
Contains 1 video track(s) and 0 audio track(s).
Is it possible I set something wrong in the project settings? Maybe the files are too big for premier to handle?
Anyone know what could be the problem?

From the other thread on this: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/v ... 7&t=106364
BasharOfTheAges wrote:Check the frame rate. I know AECS5, for example, does stuff like that for 23.976 fps files. 23.98
or 24fps files work fine though.
If I had to guess, It's something similar. Frame rate mismatch.
