i'll talk to stryyder about the resolution requirements. as far as number of entries go, i won't put a max on it for the moment because we're stressed for more, however only one video per category can make the finals.

we're not putting a cap on number of entries for right now, but you can only have one video per category make finals. IOW, if you enter 5 videos into upbeat, only the top scored video will be put into the finals.
