Ran it through VDub and got it down to over 460mb avi.
Ran it through ZarxGUI and could only manage around 199mb.
Unless there is another way to make the file smaller without compromising the visual / audio quality, this is the best I could do.
I'm getting hits on the info entry and haven't announced it yet.
People are asking for the download after Otakon...
