Aishiteruze Baby had too much teenage angst for me. I expect less from this one.

I thought about Aishiteruze Baby when I saw that this show would be airing. Baby's premise is to convey a teenager to take more responsibility in his world. Usagi's premise is to convey the modern single workaholic adult to settle down. That is what I see.

But that stuff aside, this anime is cute. In my opinion, the best new anime this season.

Just curious, I don't know enough to take a stance, but I've never been in a situation related to the events of this show in any way shape or form.

For those of you with strong feelings/opinions what do you all think of Rin's mom?

I think she's a douche, but I hear it's pretty common in Japan for a parent to split and give up all parental rights, but there's usually another parent that takes the kid.

This show just keeps getting better and better. c':

As for Rin's mom, ugh don't like her. I mean I guess she was sort of backed into a corner, but when it all comes down to it, it was her decision to even have the kid. Yeesh. >>

Thank god for shows like this, that make it a pleasure to watch anime.

The pathetic fan service and nothing else shows eventually get a bit much. I'm glad to see some artists can actually craft real entertainment.
