Yeah, I wasn't sure how I was supposed to mark on the "your style" part of that either so i did it more based on if it captured the feeling or style of the video it was imitating.
Instead of making the judges TOTALLY blind, I'd like each editor to describe "their style" and who they are as an editor, without giving away their name and shoot that to my pm box. Then the judges will have that go by instead, and so will the audience. It doesn't have to be very long. A sentence or two, really.
You don't have to until after the fact, but you can do it beforehand if you want to. The main purpose is because I don't want to violate the "you can only release videos in the catalog" rule in the amv announcment forum, although I was told that this would not be an issue so long as it was done in a timely manner after the judging was completed.
I just assumed they may want to set a later release date on the AMV catalog and get it done right away. But like I said, you don't have to right away.
