'upload a video' not working.

I haven't had this problem before when I've uploaded my other amvs, but for this upload, my video title won't show up on the 'upload a video'. I've entered all the details in the 'enter new video'. I waited a while to see if it would sort itself out I eneded up trying it the next day and it still had the same problem. What should i do ? is there a site problem?
