I sent it to these people, if anyone besides Mystyk didn't get it just tell me.

no problem, it's actually my fault anyway :P and I love your part :awesome: but the mask at 0:17-0:18 looks incorrect, so please do something with it :P also, if you could just soften the flashes a bit, it would be good, because like this it's kinda annoying :P at 0:15 I think that yellowish colouring is not necessary, and at about 0:8 you could emphasize the beats more, well if you can't think of anything then you can leave it like that, but please try it :P and well, the quality is not really the best either, but whatever, I really like your part though, full of beats :awesome:

Alright I'll look into it ;)

Whoops sorry for the late reply, I downloaded the beta a while back but forgot about it. Sorry.

ibabrak: Yep I agree with what Mystyk said. I don't mind the masks, they're interesting to the story in their own way but maybe you could tidy them a little because although it looks natural to a concert theme, it doesn't feel natural. You could probably keep the mask the way it is but take the original scene and just reduce the opacity slightly. So the girl mask at 100% opacity on one layer, the "Daddy" scene on the layer below it with say 60% opacity and then the mask scene WITHOUT the mask[just the original scene] on the bottom layer. I'm not very good with explaining so let me know if you don't understand so I can get you some screenshots.

Anyway the pacing is excellent and it's hitting all the right beats which makes it pretty awesome so far. Though I don't really like the shaking around 0:10 & 0:15. The effect itself is nice and good for the upbeat parts of the video but those scenes felt a little too static for that kind of effect so it feels weird. Maybe you could add an extra scene and sync the shake to that instead?

well yes of course :P send us your next beta if you're done 8D

I talked with Aimo, and I told her to change something, and after that I think she can hand in the final, any comments on Aimo's beta?

I also started working on my part

thanks riccardocasu :P
about your beta:
I think at 0:06 the zoom is too much, also at about 0:10 you could cut again, cuz that scene would be there for too long, 0:29, again too much zoom, you could aso do something with the scenes at 0:17 cuz it's happening too fast and it's hard to see anything (well that's probably the anime), but I think you could still choose other scenes there, at 0:27 the scene ("when I close my eyes") is also a bit too long, and also, after a time the contant shaking and flashes are kinda annoying, so could you use them not so frequesntly? :P well it was actually weird or annoying at 0:29 :P I really like your part from 0:19 though  from that point your part has enough beats, but around the end it gets slower again :P but your part is nice

To riccardocasu's beta:

I think you overused the scenes where Mato (B.R.S.) closes her eyes. You used it 4 times, I think you could reduce it to just 2 times - I personally would keep the first and the last one. From 0:02 to 0:05 the beats are kinda overpowered and unnatural - I'm not saying you should leave the beats about, just concentrate to the beat impacts of every beat. I know it's hard since their higly frequented but if you think you can do something about it, please do... if not just leave it that way. Gotta agree with mystyk that you could also reduce the zoom.

Anyway, your part is great... I also love how much it matches the lyrics. Great choice btw.

To Mystyk's beta:

Your part as well as riccardocasu's perfectly matches the lyrics. I've only encountered this anime once in my life, in a 1:40 long amv by magicflier so I can't really say if it's already in it.... well anyway, I'm not a big fan of a mask on a black background (0:03, 0:06, 0:11, 0:19). In the amv I saw there was a lot of masking as well so I guess I'll blame the source. If it's not the source I think something other than a black color would be nice, like something from their past or whatever.

Overall, nice flow, matches lyrics, has actually a story... can't really complain.

Good job both of you

edit:

Oh, I totally forgot... :)

It was pretty understandable don't worry Aimo, I'll see how it will look. Already fixed most of what Mystyk mentioned as well as the shaking around around (:D) 0:10 and 0:15.

Thanks for the beta review!

Sorry Mystyk, gonna be honest, I haven't started yet. I tried to start last weekend but it turns out a bunch of my projects were corrupted and I spent the weekend trying to figure out why. I think I figured it out though, they ended up getting compressed and premiere wasn't able to load em for that reason. Anyway I'll defnitely start this weekend. I'll edit it on my laptop if I have to.

If they remain quiet under such misconceptions, it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to public liberty. What country can preserve its liberties, if it's rulers are not warned [...] that this people preserve the spirit of resistance? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants."-Thomas Jefferson

Mystyk: I agree with ibabrak, it goes very well with the lyrics but the masks do seem kind of funny. It's probably the source but for me it didn't really blend well with the rest of the video. Actually maybe it's the colour, hmm I don't really know what to suggest so maybe just play around with some colouring or leave it. XD Oh and add a little border around the mask so it stands out a bit more. :)

riccardocasu: Again I agree with ibabrak and Mystyk about the eyes and the zooming. I think you could keep the first and last one and change the rest to something else. Also reduce the shaking a little. Otherwise it's really nice.
