ONE BOY, TONS OF GIRLS

Post by TEKnician » Thu Apr 21, 2011 5:41 pm

I THINK WE'VE SEEN A LITTLE TOO MANY OF THESE HAVEN'T WE? Why is that? Why is it never proportionate? At least add another guy who IS NOT HOMOSEXUAL to the bunch!

I think this is a more common situation than not, really. At least in harem game adaptions. They're usually not terribly important, but honestly neither are most of the girls.

.. well this is usually correct, from girls point of view:
there are always at least five girls trying to get the attention on
just one guy. To us, only one guy will do and we love it when
more girls are fighting over him; it means he's that much more
desirable to keep.
.. after all, who wants a black-guy-type that whines more than the
bitches he grew-up with T_T .. .. answer: NOBODY!!!
.. one kind guy will usually stay with you for the rest of your life;
anything else is not worth knowing!! ( either they're kind or GAY! )

YES IT IS!

N E ways, yeah... I tend to like animes with en even spread of couples. Either that or just one obvious couple that takes forever to get together. (e.g. Clannad, Eureka Seven).

I think Toradora was the only anime that kept me wanting a certain pair to work out and then wanting them to be with someone else.

Try Koihime Musou or Queens Blade. There's a harem for you to enjoy but no guys =p

Harem shows aren't the only types hit with the unproportionate stick; its moe animation in general. Its supposed to be targeted towards guys and girls (and moreso guys if there's girl fanservice towards the guy).
I could care less about a harem as long as its got another genre that overpowers the harem/ecchi'ness: meaning it could be drop-dead hilarious and/or actually have a plot (like CLANNAD, and School Rumble sorta).

LOL At least you won't have to worry about who the pimp of the bunch is!

Actually, you might want to try following Hoshizora e Kakeru Hashi, since even though there's a whole pile of girls, the three guys balance it out pretty well - the little brother changes the dynamic of the show especially.

if your actually looking for a whole pile of girls to three guys;
there were three seasons of "Vandread" to fulfill your desires.
