Crunchyroll has Squid Girl, and since it's not licensed for North American home video release yet, that's as official an English title as we can hope for.
So please add it to the confirmed animé list (and also please add the missing exclamation mark to "Shinryaku! Ika Musume" and alias it to the English title). Thanks~
